    Hi there!

    Are you trying to get your WordPress.com site back up at nelloycollection.wordpress.com with the domain nelloycollection.com?

    I’ve checked and found that you transferred the domain away from WordPress.com. So it’s no longer registered with us. I think it’s now registered with Shopify, so that’s where you own the domain now. If you’d like to use the domain with your WordPress.com site again, you can follow these steps:

    1. Upgrade your WordPress.com site to a paid plan. A paid plan is needed to make your domain the primary address. If you’re not sure which plan to pick, you previously had the WordPress.com Business plan.
    2. Once upgraded, you can either transfer the domain back to WordPress.com or connect it without transferring. Not sure about the differences? This page explains them.
    3. Once the domain is transferred back or pointed to WordPress.com nameservers from Shopify’s end, the final step is making the domain primary.
