  Hello,

  My wordpress site has suddenly become riddled with ads/links.
  ‘Ad by MacVx’

  How can I go about removing these unwanted ads from my site?

  Hi Sam,

  These ads aren’t placed on your site by WordPress.com — they are likely being inserted by a browser extension in your web browser or a virus on your computer. Please try running an antivirus program on your computer to see if a virus is inserting those ads in your browser. If that doesn’t fix the issue, please deactivate all of your browser extensions or add-ons, and then reactivate them, one-by-one, until you identify the one that is inserting the ads.
