    According to my Paypal account you have taken £15 from my account. I will be 100% honest and admit my bank account doesn’t seem to have registered this. Anyway I have noticed on WordPress that my WordPress account has not been 100% deleted. I am about to do that now. I request a £15 refund.

    I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to request a refund.
