I transferred my domain to new hosting, and now I can’t access my website- help!

  Hi, I transferred my domain from siteground to bluehost, but did not back up my wordpress files. Now, my website it transferred but it’s displayed as COMING SOON. I can’t even seem to log into my old wordpress account with all my old files and posts and pages. How do I remedy this?

  We can’t help you as these forums are for sites running on the wordpress.com platform and from what you tell, it seems you are using the open source wordpress.org. Perhaps Siteground still has a backup.

  I think I actually am using wordpress.com, and not wordpress.org. Is there a way I can confirm this?

  Sites hosted by siteground and bluehost always use the open source wordpress.org. If your site would be running on the wordpress.com platform, your account would have a site which isn’t the case. What is the URL of your site?
