i tried to change the web address and now i cannot enter my site. What do I do?

I tried to change my website to http://www.the-well-seasoned-mama.com from http://www.stepintotheirlittleworld.com just by changing the url in settings. Now I cannot find my posts, etc and I cannot enter my site. Is there a way to change the url without losing everything?

To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
WordPress.org has complete documentation and support sites for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at http://codex.wordpress.org/ and http://wordpress.org/support/ Your webhost’s support team is another good resource.
