I tried WordPress last Feb.!paid fees and due to no clear instructions gave up. Unfortunately, due to the sydtem-fine print -the same fees were charged to my bank account for renewal! Is this fair? No notices. And to get any refund I just cancel within 48 hours! How is this possible with no direct route or human to help. I feel this is a system where the customer loses-no real support -even though they get the $.

It’s unlikely that this account that is only 2 hours old, got charged for renewal. So make sure you are logged in with the account that got charged and check your charges at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/. Also you can manage your purchases at https://wordpress.com/me.
