I uninstalled Jetpack. What happened next was chaos.
-
Hi. I have two blogs under my wordpress account:
1. http://www.katewashere.com
2. http://www.katealvarez.comLast week I decided to uninstall jetpack from katewashere.com because it slows down my blog. With Jetpack, it takes 30 seconds to 1 minute to load a page. Without jetpack, it takes only 3-5 seconds to load my blog.
Today I noticed that I could no longer access my Google Analytics or see any updated wordpress news on my dashboard home. I tried uninstalling Google Analytics and reinstalling, but suddenly I could no longer access plugins. Heck, I could not even reinstall Jetpack. Worst of all, my wordpress.com account deleted my blog, katewashere.com, from my account altogether!
I tried getting in touch with my host, and what they did was restore last week’s version of my blog, before the day I uninstalled Jetpack. My blog now has Jetpack and Google Analytics plugins again, but still full of errors. I can’t access my stats. My blog, katewashere.com, STILL isn’t in my wordpress.com account, no matter how many attempts of reconnecting and reinstalling. I can’t post anything new, not even an image. I can’t access my media library.
Please help.

2.) Outbound HTTPS not working
3.) Your site could not connect to WordPress.com via HTTPS. This could be due to any number of reasons, including faulty SSL certificates, misconfigured or missing SSL libraries, or network issues.
Jetpack will re-test for HTTPS support once a day, but you can click here to try again immediately: Try again WordPress reports no SSL support

Hi replikate,
My blog, katewashere.com, STILL isn’t in my wordpress.com account, no matter how many attempts of reconnecting and reinstalling.
I’ve checked your account and I can see a Jetpack connection for katealvarez.com. I tested the connection using the Jetpack Debugger and couldn’t see any issues. Are you still having problems?

Actually, it’s not katealvarez.com that’s the problem. It’s katewashere.com. My wordpress.com account took it out of the list.

Hi replikate,
You’re right, sorry my mistake. I can see a few errors for that site so please contact Jetpack Support from this page:
They should be able to take a deeper look into this for you.
Best of luck getting it sorted out.
