I upgraded the php and my site crashed

Hi i upgraded to anew php and my site crashed . It does prompt me to check my admin email but the problem is i don’t have access to that email anymore

Since what you described wouldn’t be possible on WordPress.com, I guess you’re talking about a WordPress site hosted elsewhere, we are not able to help with those.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so we can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
