I uploaded a theme and some admin pages dont load

    Hello,

    I just recently purchased a theme from theme forest and uploaded it to my wordpress.com site. I have the business account so It allowed me. After uploading all the plugins, some admin pages stopped working. I’m not sure if this is due to the site changing to a staging url. Is there something else I need to do to get everything to work?

    I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

    Can you share the link to the site? I’m not seeing any sites on this account, so your Business plan must be on a different WordPress.com account. Please log in to that account and go to https://wordpress.com/help/contact to start a live chat or send us an email (depending on which billing cycle you have).

    Generally speaking, if the theme is not working properly, you’d need to reach out to the theme support for assistance. But we’ll be happy to look into it for you to see if we can spot anything. And we recommend reaching out to us from the correct account where you have the business plan so that you can get faster support from us.
