  qyyue.wordpress.com is no longer available.
  The authors have deleted this site.

  I’m afraid you will be unable to use that same WordPress.com address again. There is a possibility that it might become available again in two years time. See: https://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/
  You could set up a new free site with a slightly different address (which you have already done) or upgrade to a paid plan where you could use the same domain name but ending in .com instead of .wordpress.com (if it isn’t already taken).

  Reading that link more carefully I see:

  Sites already deleted by their authors two or more years ago may become available again, if they present no username or other technical conflicts.

  so that particular address will be unavailable for re-use.
