i want a plugin for chitika ads

the site allows everyone to take part in their ads campaign but unfortunately wordpress.com does not have plugin available for it please help me out

Blogger-initiated advertising is banned here. You cannot put ads on your blog or it will be suspended.
For offering cracked versions of Windows, however, your blog has already been reported and will be suspended anyway.
