  I want a refund for the $60 upgrade for video because I can’t figure out how to make it work and what really bothers me is that I can’t find a phone number to call to talk to a live person to get this straightened out. The answer could be simple but I am unable to find it and I can’t afford to pay for something that I don’t know how to use.
