EVERY TIME I TRY TO CANCEL THIS I GET AN ERROR MESSAGE. I have disputed this transaction with paypal, I WANT MY MONEY BACK. This website is a joke! I canot navigate it easily, nothing is editable, and I had to click on links 5 to 10 times before they would even work! GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. This was WORTHLESS.

I seriously want this deleted immediately, when when I FINALLY got the link to work so that I could even REQUEST to have it deleted, now the email link to confirm I really want to delete my purchase isn’t working!!!

We cannot issue a refund for a payment that is in dispute as the transaction is locked by the provider pending their investigation.
If you would please resolve the dispute, we can issue a refund as soon as the resolution comes through on our end.

Not true. I had a dispute regarding the premium theme and that has gone back into my account. Whatever issue there is with the domain refund it needs to be sorted out. Thank you.

Perhaps PayPal resolved your Premium Theme dispute by refunding your money.
Disputing a charge is a legal process and the transaction cannot be refunded or altered during the investigation period. This is how disputed transactions work for all merchants.
You can either wait for PayPal to resolve the dispute their way, or resolve the dispute with them and we’ll refund your money.

I have resolved the dispute… I want the money refunded back into my account the way the premium theme was.

The refund left our account today, and PayPal should display it on your account within 10 days (usually much less).
