I want a refund, WordPress is setup to be difficult in order to “steal”

  I was trying to cancel my WordPress subscription days ago, got busy and then literally today I was trying to cancel the subscription, not knowing I was gonna be charged today for the subscription. I’ve talked to the robot it didn’t help, I click the refund page thing that told me to go to my purchase history and my purchase history is clear but my card statement definitely isn’t. I want a refund, I will not be using WordPress for any sites. Just cancel this account, the subscription and send reimbursement please.
  

  why tf is this public like I’m saying WordPress isn’t made for users. Use SHOPIFY,WIX,HOSTIGER ANYTHING BUT THIS SLOPPY MESS. Remember privilege is paid for sometimes and this is a barn from the 17 hundreds

  If you don’t see the purchase you want to cancel under current account rosebundlesco, it means the purchase were made under a different account.

  On all the other platforms you refer to, you also must be logged in to the account that made the purchase. That’s basic security to prevent another account can have access to your purchases.

  To restore access to the account owning that purchase, simply use the transaction id – https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/verify-ownership/#transaction-id
