I AM NOT HERNEHUNTER _ I STARTED A STORY BY THAT NAME _ I am writingzme and I can’t get to my site!!!! I appear to have two accounts – one very well used, one a mystery! Hernehunter was the name of a story I started (Hearns is my maiden name – linked to the pagan Herne the Hunter). My married name is Michele Burstein and I have paid for (email visible only to moderators and staff). I have made over 70 original entries including a couple of photo essays. I have been having trouble with my email for a long time and finally got it sorted out with Yahoo Xtra today. I was (email visible only to moderators and staff) – a family member hated me using that and nagged me until I caved in and changed it to (email visible only to moderators and staff). That stirred up a hornet’s nest so I tried (email visible only to moderators and staff). Even worse. So I contacted Xtra today and the source of all my trouble is that my original email appears to like me and has been holding all my mail for me – 2000 plus! Ye gods. So on Xtra’s advice I want to use my original (email visible only to moderators and staff) – only wordpress seems to think that the story I stared was an account! HELP! It isn’t. I want to use my active legitimate email – (email visible only to moderators and staff) for my site – writingzme with the passwordI entered tonight. Please can this be sorted and can someone get back to me!? Thank you.

Where is Help – someone who can solve this for me – or when something goes wrong like this are we just expected to grin and bear it. I am very upset by this.

I read through all of that information above and could not find what’s critical for being able to provide support. That would be an active link starting with http:// to the exact free hosted WordPress.com blog you are referring to. Please post it now.

This is a public forum where the majority of support is given by your more experienced fellow WordPress.com users. Shouting at people is not the best incentive for people to assist you.
I believe http://writingzme.com/ is the site, and it looks as though micheleburstein is the username associated with that site. Have you tried logging in to WordPress.com with that username?
Regardless, someone has tagged this for Staff assistance, so please try very hard to be patient while they get back to you and please do not open new threads on the same topic (although I have a feeling that the original poster may have posted this through the Contact Support form).
