I want people to click to read, not just read it all at once

Hello,
I noticed that when I click on my website, people can automatically read my blogging posts right away instead of having to click on the blog post to read it. I would prefer people only seeing the titles of my blogs then having to click to actually read what I have to say.
If anyone could help me figure it out, that would be great. I’m new at this blogging thing.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

When you’re writing a post in the visual post editor click on the “Insert read more tag” (next to the @ add contact form) at the beginning of your post or perhaps after a few sentences.
