i want refund as hosting and domain is not working properly

  the domain and hosting is not working properly its been a month that the issue is not resolved now i want my money back

  A refund is only possible within a well defined time frame as you can see at https://wordpress.com/support/refunds/#refund-periods. The refund period for a domain is 96 hours, for a paid plan is 14 days.

  As you have a paid plan you are entitled to support. You can reach support as described at https://wordpress.com/support/help-support-options/#how-to-contact-us
