  I can’t see any pages on your new blog. If you have draft pages or posts you can easily delete them. Unless by “page” do you really mean the whole WordPress.com site. That’s rather drastic when you only created it 20 minutes ago. If you delete the site be aware that you won’t be able to start a new one using that same address. You can find “delete site” in the “Settings” menu. Personally I wouldn’t be too hasty.
