I want to archive posts for editorial use.

    How do I ‘archive’ posts (or just make visible to me, the editor). Sometimes I only want to move parts of a post forward from month to month and want to save time in doing so.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there,

    You cannot archive blog posts the way you can archive emails. If you no longer want a post to be visible on your site the only way to do that is to edit the post and set it back to draft status, so it is no longer published.

    Note that doing this will have a very negative effect on your site’s SEO, as it will cause your site to constantly have broken links indexed with search engines.
