I want to ask before buy your upgrade

    Is that will wordpress.com will faster than wordpress.org self host?
    and if I move to wordpress.com host in paid package Will I get ability to access somthing like cpanel? to manage my file in www
    and Can I still FTP upload my manual file to www? if I want still to create some more custom page in html project ?

    That really depends on the host you’re using for your site. Some are faster than others.
