I want to auto run a mp3 on one of my posts.

    At the end of this post (http://mynamewasbart.com/misc-2/) I have a song in mp3 format. I want to have it auto run (looping not necessary) when someone clicks on the link. I read in WP that if you add this code: [audio:mp3 file.mp3|autostart=yes][/audio] it will make the song auto run. But I’m stuck and can’t make it work.

    Hi there,

    The built-in audio player doesn’t have an autoplay option — you can see all the options for that player on our support page here: Audio

    If you’d like to have the file autoplay, I’d recommend embedding an external audio player like SoundCloud: SoundCloud Audio Player
