  Can I add plugins on a wordpress.com blog. I am looking to build a wordpress blog with multiple plugins. If I use wordpress.org but dont have a web server, what are my options?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  No.

  You’ll need to find a web host among the hundreds out there and install the WP software.
