  I have tried to pay for a domain name and it wont let me complete my transaction.

  I entered my payment details many times.

  It told me it can’t be processed however failed to tell me why or what was wrong.

  Very frustrating and I just want to buy it.

  I see that you were able to purchase Domain Mapping successfully. Was that what you were trying to do?
