I want to cancel aksimet since it is no longer needed

    I called the phone number to cancel this account and am unable to speak to anyone. I have 3 websites and did not upgrade but this year I am being charged 40$ per month for a plug in that I no longer want

    Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? What is the URL of the site associated with the upgrade you are needing help with? Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.
