  I’m trying to cancel my account and avoid charges in about a week but my site isn’t showing anything. Yet, I’ve received an email from you stating otherwise.

  We have absolutely no history of sites, purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.

  What is the URL of the site you’re referring to?
