  hi, I thought my account was already canceled. but now I got message that payment was sent by PayPal of the account. I want it to be canceled now and hope to get yhe money back. thank you for your help

  Hi there,

  The payment you’re referring to is associated with a different account than the one you’re currently logged in to. To be able to cancel your upgrades you need to log in to that other account of yours.

  And of course the main issue is the money. I wouldn’t want to pay for something I don’t use or even remember having.
