Hey there,
I would be more than happy to assist you in regaining access to your account. If you could please fill out our account recovery form, we’ll definitely get in touch with you as soon as possible.
I redacted the transaction ID because this is a private form, but you should be able to use that in order to fill out the form.
Please visit our support page for more information on recovering your account.
Thanks!

I have access to my account but when I go to see if I can cancel my domain there is no sign of the purchase

Can you tell us the domain?
The
smariscaaccount you’re using to post here doesn’t own any domains and has never bought anything from us. You only created this account a few months ago, in February, so it’s completely impossible that any upgrade purchased by this account would be up for renewal yet.If you’ve received a charge for an upgrade renewal, it’s for upgrades on a site in a completely different account. If you now the correct account, log out of
smariscaand back in as the correct account, and you’ll be able to contact live chat support to request a refund. If you’re not sure which account, please go through the account recovery process, using the transaction ID that appears on your bank statement as verification.

From your other thread in https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/i-want-to-cancel-my-g-suite-admin-account it appears this is for the domain, sandysthoughtstoday.blog.
That domain belongs to a different account, as I said above, and you’ll have to be logged into that account to make any changes to the upgrades owned by that account.
