    I want to cancel my domain name that is registered at wordpress. I just can’t find where to do that. Otherwise it will be renewed automatically and my credit card will be charged. Please help me out? Many thx

    That domain is owned by a different account than the one you’re currently logged in to. Please log in to that other account of yours and then follow these instructions:

    Hi there, Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately it’s not helping me any further. I’ve tried the account recovery form but that is not accepted because I need to fill in a URL of the blog that I’m talking about. I don’t have a blog at all so I can’t ptovide this url.

    suryatek.net is the address of your blog. Please use this address when filling out the account recovery form. It may also be helpful to locate the transaction ID (like on your credit card statement) and submit that along with the address suryatek.net on the account recovery form.

    Please do not share the transaction ID on this forum. Due to security reasons, we aren’t able to help with account recovery issues in the forums so you’ll need to send us the information via the account recovery form.

    I don’t know what is going on but I just don’t succeed to cancel the subscription for the domain.
    I’ve tried the account recovery form. But the reaction I get is that I should be able to enter my account by Password Reset Process
    I’m able to enter the account but can’t find the subscription to the mentioned domain. The whole purchase TAB is empty.
    You said that I probably have two account. I’m not aware of that.
    Don’t know what to do now
