I want to cancel my refund

    Hello I recently requested a refund for the site namelessanthropoid.com but I want to cancel the refund and get the domain back.

    Hi there,

    It’s not possible to cancel a refund – once we process it and return the money to your bank, there’s no way for us to get it back again.

    Are you planning on using that domain here or somewhere else?

    If you want to use it here, please buy a new plan for your site, and let us know once you’ve done that, and we can restore the domain.

    If you want to use it somewhere else, the domain should become available again by the weekend, at which point you should be able to register it directly where you want to use it.
