I want to cancel my subscription but my billing history, payment history do not show on my account page.

  I have been billed $66 for renewal of subscription but there is no information on my account about billing and payment. My account page also does not provide option for cancellation

  We have no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.
