I want to cancel my upgrade.

    Hi there, I would like to cancel the premium upgrade that I purchased 22 days ago but wordpress is telling me it’s too late and that it’s been over 30 days. I have double checked my bank account and the £85 was definitely paid on March the 31st, 22 days ago. Please help. Thanks, Lauren.
