  Please don’t post transaction IDs in the public forums. Anyone can use that information to potentially take over your account.

  I have refunded the recent renewal payment that matches that transaction ID, but you need to be logged into the account that owns the upgrades in question to cancel them completely.

  If you don’t remember the login details for the correct account, please follow our account recovery process at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/. You can use that transaction ID to verify your ownership of the account on the recovery form.
