  I am trying to close my account but it keeps saying that there was an error and I need to talk to someone from support. Please advise, I do not want this account anymore.

  Hi there,

  You are currently unable to close your account because there is a premium theme still connected to it. I can remove the theme for you, but you own the theme indefinitely – so I would recommend you to set your site to private in case you ever want to use the theme again for another site.

  Otherwise, I’d be happy to remove the theme for you so you can proceed with the deletion of the site.

  I have removed the premium theme from your site and you can now go ahead and close your account.

  Hi –

  I don’t see anything preventing the account closure. Could you try clearing the browser cache and then attempt the deletion again? Write back to me here if you are still seeing the same error. Please copy + paste the error text as well.
