I want to close my sub-site the voiceoftruth.radio.fm, and keep my other site the voiceoftruth.global, because wordpress will work with me with that one, I have to sub divide to use radio.fm

voiceoftruth.global and thevoiceoftruth.radio.fm are not currently registered, which means the sites are not active. Would you be able to double check the URLs you mentioned in this thread?

I deleted voiceoftruth.radio.fm successfully I still need help with voiceoftruthglobal I would like to set up a premium account possibly as thevoiceoftruthglobal.com if it is available I need help setting it up.

Ok the problem I now have is the user name on my profile is my user name, I want to change that because I think it keeps remnant of the deleted site. My new name is voiceoftruthglobal it is available I just don’t know which choice to make that will keep my current website and just change the User name?

Ok the site thevoiceoftruthglobal.wordpress.com is active and I was able to log in using this URL, I just want to change my user name and keep the website unchanged as far as address and content I thing the last choice, these are the choices I have under;
“Would you like a matching blog address too?”
__Yes, create a new blog to match my new user name
__Yes, change thevoiceoftruthradiofm.wordpress.com to match my new username and discard the old address
__Yes, change thevoiceoftruthradiofm.wordpress.com to match my new username and create an empty blog with the old address
__No, don’t create a matching blog address.
I have not chosen one because I do not know which one I need, I made the wrong choice last time and I ended up with another site I did not want. I just want to change the user name and keep my site as is. also the URL thevoiceoftruthradiofm.wordpress.com is not active it comes up but it tells you it is closed. So which choice should I make to just change my user name I checked youtube but the wordpress they are using are old videos and the site does not look the same.

Happy Days! I took a risk and I did it, by process of prayer and elimination, I knew I didn’t want to change may site just the username; so I picked the least threatening choice number 4__No, don’t create a matching blog address. this is found under account settings. I hope this helps anyone else who is having this problems. My best advice is what ever you do proceed with caution.

Thanks. Looks like you’ve got voiceoftruthglobal . If you also want to create voiceoftruthglobal.wordpress.com you (and only you at this point) can do that.

I will note as well, if you decide you want to rename the site to voiceoftruthglobal.wordpress.com, please do that rather than creating a new site and then trying to move an existing site into it.
