  I want to create a digital design website along with blogging and woocommerce website which is compatible with google auto ads and through which I can make money online. Please tell me which wordpress theme is required which support google auto ads to get high CTR and to earn money and also at which I can create digital design website containing a blog and a woocoomerce store.

  What you are asking for has nothing to do with the theme you use. if you want to create this site on the wordpress.com platform you must upgrade to the Business or eCommerce Plan, https://wordpress.com/pricing/, as you need several plugins.
