I want to create a new blog site (I need to do this for university project purposes)

  When I click on the bottom of the menu- ‘add new site’ it says it will charge me £3 minimum. However, my tutor has advised I can set up a blog for free. How can I do this?
  Also I was recently charged £31 for my culturebee.co site? I am confused as to why I have been charged?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  That’s right, we provide the option to create a site using the Free plan. Which address are you trying to register?

  The domain culturebee.co was registered through FastDomain and is being used for a WordPress.org site hosted by Bluehost. We have some information about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org in this guide:
