    you just cost me 36$ and a negative balance, no warning, text or email about this and its a month early. my records say november? i am needing to cancel

    Hi there,

    All WordPress.com plans renew a month before they expire. This is clearly stated in our renewal terms:

    https://en.support.wordpress.com/auto-renewal/

    We sent you an email on 20 September to notify you that the renewal will take place in a month’s time. If you did not receive that email, your email account might have filtered it as spam.

    I see you’ve already been helped with this via email, so I’m closing this thread as resolved.
