  I want to delete this blog:
  https://horvathzsuzsanna.wordpress.com/
  I’ve created it years ago, and now I forget it, but I want to delete it, but I forgot the username and the password too. I want to create a new blog in that link.

  PS: I am sorry for the bad English, I am Hungarian.

  See the Account Recovery support page, particularly the section regarding the Account Recovery Form.

  If you can regain access to the website, you may empty it and begin an new website there, but if you delete the site it will be gone forever, and you will not be able to use the address again. See the Recycling Blog Addresses support page.

  In the absence of an email or password, the Account Recovery Form requires the URL (which you’ve provided above), a contact email address (not the forgotten one), and one of three types of proof of ownership.
