I want to delete all data and start over.

    I’m having several problems:

    – I just want to start over in terms of design. I only posted once in earnest and I have the text saved, so everything is expendable. All content, everything.

    – After browsing different themes for awhile, I’ve lost the ability to generate Live Previews. I click on Live Preview, it takes me to blank page with a bar on right side that says “Loading design tools…” but never loads. (I’ve cleared cache and cookies, tried different browsers, etc…)

    – With the Mixfolio theme in particular I cannot get the Welcome Area to load and display at all.

    Hi there, the Customizer’s preview only works when you have some content on your homepage. Because you haven’t selected a static homepage under Settings > Reading, your homepage is empty, so you can’t use the Customizer properly.

    Just select a static page to be your front page by selecting one from the dropdown menu and the customizer will work again. Alternatively, you can set your front page to display “Your latest posts” by clicking the button next to that option.
