  I cannot find the tools menu to permanently delete in my dashboard as instructed

  I do not know. I only joined because I was redirected by another site and to access their college info it said I needed to join wordpress. What does the url look like?

  If you don’t have a blog, there’s nothing to delete. Accounts here are not deleted.
