  I want to delete site but says need to contact customer support.

  In order to facilitate the deletion of that site, we’ll first need to manually downgrade it to a free site, which may result in the loss of any content created with plugins.

  I’m sure this is what you want, but as it could result in data loss, we do need to ask for confirmation first.

  I’m sorry, I missed one important bit. We do need to hear from the owner of the site, which is not the account you’re currently logged in as.
