  Hi Karen,

  If you’d like to control exactly what content is deleted, I’d recommend following our DIY method for emptying a site. You can delete content in bulk to speed up that process.

  If you’d like, I can also empty your site for you. However, that process will delete all posts, pages, uploaded media, tags, and categories permanently from your site. So only choose that option if you’re sure you want absolutely all of that content to be permanently deleted.
