I want to downgrade my blog from my current paid one to a free version. My domain expires in a few days.

    I need to transfer my blog from my current paid version to a free version. Site is shewokeup.com and my domain expires in a few days. Please help me so I can keep my content but on a free version before my domain runs out. Thank you.

    Hi there!

    Sorry to hear you’re having trouble exporting your site. I see you have also reached out to Jetpack support, so I understand you’re referring to a site not hosted with WordPress.com?

    If you want to export shewokeup.com, and you can’t access it through your WordPress.com account, try doing it via shewokeup.com/wp-admin for now. The Jetpack support team may be able to help you with the Jetpack connection issue, but you should be able to access your site from WP Admin regardless of that.
