I want to edit a payment method

    Your purchases page tells me there are no saved payment methods linked to my account but you have just taken payment from a card I used last year. Please advise how I can edit this payment method.

    Hi there!

    You are currently logged in as deniseelizabeth91, and there are no sites or purchases under your account. If you were charged by WordPress.com, it’s probably for a site created under a different account of yours.

    If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for it at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/.

    You’ll be able to use the Contact Us link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction, we’ll need to get some additional information from you, which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
