    I want to install all-in-one-exporter plugin so that I can export my site. Apparently I need to upgrade to a plan to install a plugin. What is the absolute minimum I can upgrade to in order to meet this requirement?

    You don’t need a plugin to export your site. You can do this easily as described at https://wordpress.com/support/export/

    After trying several times to use the native export tool, I’ve been advised by the top-level tech support person at the hosting service where I will be hosting this new site to use the all-in-one-exporter plugin.

    Given that I want to install all-in-one-exporter plugin, and given the limitations on accounts for plugins, what is the absolute minimum I can upgrade to in order to meet this requirement?

    Conversely, I’m discovering that any upgrade level can be refunded within two weeks, so perhaps this question is irrelevant.
