I want to load css at the footer for optimization

  Sir/Madam, I have a website on which I want to load particular CSS at the bottom for optimization i am searching for a plugin but I couldn’t find it.
  I had tried to use the hummingbird plugin but it is not compatible with the LiteSpeed cache plugin. So please help me out with this.
