I want to make my site private and have no access.
-
We’ve been trying to get in contact to have our site removed/account recovered but have no access to it any more or proof of ownership as it was done by a previous member who is no longer part of our co-op.
We’ve reached out to this previous member to ask for the login details or any proof of ownership they have but this was years ago and they no longer have or remember any of these details.
I tried going through to your AI assistant and they couldn’t offer me any resolution to the issue other than support staff making the site private and no longer visible to the public (which would be great) as it’s confused a lot of people looking for us and the blog contains sensitive information we no longer wish to be public as it poses a safety risk.
Here’s the URL https://randomcamelcoop.wordpress.com/ please can this be resolved, two of us have tried reaching out regarding this already to no avail :’)

The person who created the site will need to log in with the username randomcamelcoop. Surely they wrote the password down or at least remember which email address they used at the time to recover the account.
If you can’t log in to WordPress.com, the next step depends on what you’ve lost—your password, your email access, your phone number, or your account itself. This guide helps you find the path that matches your situation, from a quick password reset to verifying your identity with our support team.
