I want to move a HTML website to WordPress as I don’t have a CMS. I would like to keep the same hosting. Can I import my existing website? Can somebody there set it up for me in WordPress for a fee?

Hi there,
If you want to use the same hosting you’ll need to contact support at your hosting provider to find out their process for installing the self-hosted WordPress software with them. Then manually copy-paste your content from the existing site into new posts and pages on your WordPress installation. There’s no way to import a plain HTML website to any CMS that I know of.
Note that the self-hosted version of WordPress is something different from WordPress.com, and we cannot help you with a WordPress site hosted with someone else – this forum only provides support for sites hosted on WordPress.com.
Support for the self-hosted version of WordPress is provided in the forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ by the community of volunteers that make the WordPress software. They can advise you on how to do something, but they cannot do it for you either.
If you’d like to hire a freelance web developer to do things for you, you can look for someone in a directory like https://jetpack.pro/
