    I’ve been working on this for days, and am praying that someone here will be able to help me. I sent a message to Help four days ago and have received no response.

    As mentioned above, the pathway I found that involves a MailerLite form is being blocked to me. I believe that this is because my theme (RAW) does not allow Widgets, as the option for them does not appear under Dashboard -> Appearance.

    I have tried copying and pasting the code provided by MailerLite onto my Site, but it comes out in the browser as code. I am assuming that I do either not have the permission, or the know-how, to do that.

    I’m at a total loss of what to do. I don’t care what pathway I use, whether it’s MailerLite or something else. I don’t even care if it’s a popup: it being a regular link on the main page is fine. I just want to offer a SUBSCRIPTION SIGNUP that automatically sends a FREE GIFT. Any suggestions even potentially leading to a solution are welcome

    Hello! Rather than using MailerLite, you can use the subscription block on your site instead. This will work with both your current plan and theme, and can be a pop-up, but doesn’t have to be.

    Without seeing the specific MailerLite code, I can’t say for sure, but it likely did not work because the code format they provided is not supported on your current plan. You can view the full list of supported code formats here.

    As for sending a gift to users upon sign-up, the specifics will depend on the nature of the gift you’re sending. If this is a physical product, the process will not be automatic, as you’ll need to collect additional information from the subscriber.

    However, if your gift is digital or can be sent with a link, this will work with the subscribe block as well. You can customize the Newsletter settings to include a custom welcome message to be sent automatically to the subscribers. You can go to Settings > Newsletter in your Dashboard to customize the welcome email message, and update that to include the welcome gift.
