i want to pay my premium plans to use my paypal

  I had been filling up the form to pay my premium plans but word press say, ‘my bank declines (reclines)’. paypal indicated some error in my (wordpress card) payment form on phone number, a). [redacted] (63 is philippine code) and my phone number is [redacted]…[[redacted]]; b). i edited my wordpress form and the result was [redacted]; c). no matter how many edit i make / clicked, i cannot delete or undo the (dot.) [redacted]. my friends who saw this said, it’s a glitch in wordpress. i only have paypal and debit card form of payment. I WANTED many times to pay my premium plans. it wasnt a matter of renew and renew but trying hard to fully do the payment process from wordpress to paypal. i do not have any option like bank transfer to wordpress as bank charge is very very expensive. For me my paypal is working, no problem. what is a CSS code, is this relevant to this case i am submitting now.

  Our system shows that your credit card got declined, so you need to contact your bank and have them look into this. Make sure to verify that your bank is not blocking transactions from WordPress.com and that your card is valid for online and international transactions.

  Regarding the webinar, it appears that it has expired. Do you happen to know what the name of the webinar is or do you have a link to the page where you got that Zoom link? All our active courses can be found here:
